4. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

1. Destruction Procedure
The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in the case of paper, a separate filing box) and stored for a certain period of time and destroyed in accordance with the reasons for information protection according to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations (see Period of Retention and Use).
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is retained unless required by law.
2. Method of destruction
